Shipping and Returns

We process orders Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AWST. Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process.

Our postal service of choice is Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au).

During peak seasons (sales, promotions, re-stocks, holidays) additional processing and shipping time may apply.

Once items are shipped, they are the responsibility of Australia Post. Origen is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs. Responsibility for goods transfers once delivery is confirmed at the address provided.

Shipping costs are set by Australia Post and are subject to change.

We do not currently ship outside Australia.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our goods, Origen cannot accept returns of food or supplement products once they have left our facility.

In the case of a faulty product, we will provide a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

ALLERGIES

Origen cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to our products. Customers are advised to patch test first or consult a healthcare professional before use. No products are sold with the intention to treat or cure any disease.
